Returns Policy
HOW TO RETURN YOUR GOODS:
If you would like to return your item(s), please notify us so that we can assist you with paperwork:

We strongly recommend that you send your item(s) back to us by a recorded delivery method.  The shipping and postage receipt for returning the package must be retained by you. We can facilitate your return by providing returns labels.
INTERNATIONAL Online Order RETURNS:

Non-TR customers must ship the parcel back to us using FedEx International Shipping or DHL. We cannot guarantee to accept any returns that use a different courier company.

Your parcel must be insured for the goods’ full value.

You must write in large letters on the outside of the package “RETURNED GOODS”.
TR Online Order RETURNS:

TR customers must return the goods to us using PTT or DHL. We cannot guarantee to accept any returns that use a different courier company.

Your parcel must be insured for the goods’ full value. 
IN-STORE RETURNS:
-
Items are to be returned to us, either instore or via courier methods outlined above.

Proof of purchase required.
The item(s) must then be returned and received by us close of business within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We may not be by law required to refund any payment if the items are not received by us in this time. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding TR public holidays.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in transit.

We are not liable to refund you any money if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged.  
Once we have received the goods, we will refund the amount due within 30 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding TR public holidays.

Please note that original delivery charges will not be refunded.

We will deduct the cost of your return from your refund if we have organised the return on your behalf.

Please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund any import duties or taxes.
OUR GUARANTEE: 
Quasar Crystals pieces are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. During this period, pieces will be repaired free of charge provided that:

The piece is returned with evidence of the purchase date.

The piece has not been misused or handled carelessly.

On inspection, the piece does not show undue wear and tear. 
-
Repairs have not been attempted by anyone other than by our service staff. 
This guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. 
Any clerical error contained within our sales literature, quotations, invoices or other documentation, is subject to correction without any liability to Quasar Crystals 
FAULTY ITEMS: 
In the rare event that your item is faulty, all items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. 
Faulty items will only be accepted for exchange or return if there is deemed to be a manufacturing fault within a period of 12 months after delivery. We are only able to exchange faulty items for the same item subject to availability.  
To return a faulty item, please follow the steps above.
